Back in May I took a three week trip to Kyrgyzstan, an ex-soviet, predominantly Muslim country in Central Asia. The 80% of the population that were Muslim were living alongside the 17% Russian Orthadox population whilst retaining their own Kyrgyz and Russian culture.
